  • The work schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (ET).
  • Pay Rate: $27/hour on W2 - All inclusive

Overview

We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support two senior executives—the Chief Sustainability Officer and the VP of Global Government Affairs—at a leading global company. In this high-visibility role, you will be the central point of contact for a small, dynamic D.C. office, ensuring seamless executive support and flawless office operations. You will interact with senior global leaders and government officials, requiring exceptional poise, discretion, and organizational skills.

You will…

  • Manage complex and dynamic calendars for two executives, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Arrange complex domestic and international travel and logistics.
  • Prepare and file expense reports in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Serve as the Office Manager for the D.C. office, ensuring the space is professional, runs smoothly, and is prepared for high-level visitors.
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for meetings and potential events, including booking meeting spaces and arranging catering.
  • Liaise with C-suite level executives, government dignitaries, and other senior stakeholders with a high degree of professionalism.

Required Qualifications

  • Approximately five or more years of experience in a high-level administrative or executive support role.
  • Proven experience supporting C-suite or VP-level executives.
  • Prior experience using Concur or a similar system for travel booking and expense reporting.
  • Expert-level proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A high degree of poise, composure, and diplomacy, with outstanding communication skills suited for engaging with senior global leaders.
  • Exceptional ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a role requiring interaction with government officials or public policy stakeholders.
