Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support our senior management in a dynamic, fast-paced global technology company within our COO team. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including providing daily administrative support—such as coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and arranging travel—for multiple senior leaders within our organization. Additionally, the position contributes to communication efforts and project initiatives that help ensure effective alignment of our approximately 12,000 staff members with organizational priorities.
Responsibilities
- The candidate should possess an execution-focused approach, enabling effective daily management of administrative responsibilities alongside team-based deliverables.
- The role requires proficiency in logistics and communication, including the ability to organize complex calendars, coordinate international travel, and maintain confidentiality with professionalism.
- This position acts as a liaison between senior managers and both internal and external stakeholders, and therefore demands strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and an understanding of business priorities.
- This position is suited for individuals who are effective in high-responsibility roles, prefer supporting executive operations, and are interested in contributing to the development of a global technology organization.
- Candidates should be detail-oriented, technologically proficient, and able to work well in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years’ experience in an executive assistant / administrative support role, or team-based project management / business analyst, ideally within a global or technology-focused environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Jive).
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and anticipate needs
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
