Overview
The Executive Assistant at Morrey’s Contracting is responsible for supporting the Director of Sales and Preconstruction and Director of Finishes with a variety of tasks, providing administrative, operational, and project-related assistance.

Qualifications
- At least 3 years of administrative assistance experience in a professional office setting
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Construction and marketing knowledge preferred
Responsibilities
- Model and demonstrate Morrey’s Contracting’s core values
- Track key metrics and distribute weekly reports to team members and leadership
- Identify and communicate inconsistencies in reports
- Set up projects and perform data entry
- Manage confidential information such as offers and evaluations
- Answer phones, arrange travel, type correspondence, and handle expense reports and filing
- Oversee shared email inboxes to ensure organization and timely responses
- Assist operations and estimating teams in securing and organizing documents from clients and trade partners
- Maintain thorough knowledge of departmental procedures
- Prepare agendas and reports for team meetings
- Coordinate meetings, including arranging speakers and catering
- Assist in developing and distributing presentations for Foremen Meetings
- Support onboarding and training of new staff members
- Provide expense report support to field team members
