Objective
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Manage meeting logistics, including preparing the meeting space, arranging snacks and beverages, and tidying up the room afterward
Duties
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners across time zones and languages
- Assist with expense reports, invoice processing, and other administrative duties
- Manage confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Primary workplace is El Segundo, CA (2221 Park Pl, El Segundo, CA 90245) with flexibility for international business travel as needed
- Native-level proficiency in both Korean and English, with excellent communication skills and command of language
- Proactive, disciplined, communicative, and outgoing people-person with a go-getter attitude
Additional Notes / FAQs
- Experience Level: Seeking someone with more than 2–3 years of administrative experience (mid-level individual, but may be open to a senior)
- Work Schedule: This role will be onsite 5 days a week, though remote work may be allowed during the EVP’s business travel
- Start Date: Ideal start date would be as soon as possible
- Language Requirement: Korean speaking is mandatory for communication with Korea HQ
- Role Duration: We are hoping this is a long-term opportunity for the right individual. Currently the contract will be for 1 year, with hopes of either extending it or converting the individual to a direct hire.
