Base pay range $37.00/hr - $41.00/hr Direct message the job poster from North Bridge Staffing Group Temp or Temp-to-Hire Executive Assistant – Financial Services | Downtown Chicago | $37–$41/hr Our client, a respected financial services firm located in Chicago’s Loop , is seeking a Temporary (or Temp-to-Hire) Executive Assistant to support a senior-level executive/teams during a medical leave. Hybrid | Onsite 3 days/week in the Loop Start ASAP Compensation: $37–$41/hour (commensurate with experience) What You’ll Do: This role requires someone who can step in with confidence and seamlessly manage both executive-level and administrative responsibilities , including: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel Preparing and proofreading documents, reports, and presentations Handling internal and external correspondence Supporting meeting logistics including agendas, materials, and follow-ups Managing expense reports and processing invoices Providing general office support and liaising with internal departments as needed Anticipating the executive’s needs and keeping priorities aligned What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative support role Prior experience in financial services or a corporate/professional setting preferred Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Contract Job function Job function Administrative Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at North Bridge Staffing Group by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Executive Assistant” roles.
