Were looking for a highly capable, proactive, and resourceful individual to join our clients team in Miami as a Senior Executive Assistant / Junior Chief of Staff.
The Opportunity
This isnt just a traditional EA role. Youll act as a strategic partner to the executives you supportanticipating needs, managing critical priorities, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. With the right mindset and skill set, theres potential to grow into an Engagement Manager role, combining the responsibilities of an Executive Assistant and a Chief of Staff.

What Youll Do
- Manage calendars, schedules, and priorities for executives
- Oversee inboxes and CRM systems to ensure timely, clear communication
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-ups
- Research and compile information for key initiatives
- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements
- Handle relationship management and special projects
- Maintain organization using tools like Asana, Slack, and Zoom
What You Bring
- 3+ years of executive-level administrative support to C-suite leaders in financial, tech, VC, or startup environments (Required)
- At least 1 year supporting at the Founder, CEO, and/or President level.
- In-office or hybrid work experience in a high-performance setting (Required)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite & Google Workspace (Required)
- Mastery of Outlook or Gmail calendar and email management (Required)
- Experience with travel booking (domestic & international) (Required)
- Familiarity with Asana, Slack, and Zoom (Highly Desired)
- Dictation/transcription skills (Highly Desired)
