Position Overview

The Executive Assistant will provide dedicated support to a team of senior leaders. You will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations, provide comprehensive administrative support, coordinate projects, and assist with team calendars. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, adaptable, and thrives in a creative, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant

  • Managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
  • Assisting with tracking and coordinating various ongoing projects, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and timelines are adhered to.
  • Planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences, both virtually and in-person.
  • Handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Required Experience/Skills

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within a marketing, creative, or fast-paced industry.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Preferred Experience/Skills

  • Experience supporting executives and senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Experience with project management tools is a plus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
