Salary/Hourly Rate $85k – $95k Annually, Depending on experience

Position Overview

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the C-suite team within the firm, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and helping drive organizational efficiency. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing reports and presentations, and acting as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings across time zones.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and materials with discretion.
  • Support preparation for meetings, including agendas, notes, and follow-ups.
  • Assist with light project management and internal team communications.
  • Liaise with clients and external partners on behalf of executives.
  • Track and manage expense reports and reimbursements.
  • Maintain task lists and help prioritize executive workload.

Required Experience/Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience/Skills

  • Previous support of C-suite executives.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and problem-solve independently.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
