Position Summary

The Executive Assistant reports directly to the Chair of Pharmacoengineering and Molecular Pharmaceutics. The position will lead and manage administrative operations of the Chair, including performing an extensive range of highly visible activities such as communications with university and external constituents at multiple levels, and implementation of School strategic initiatives. This position will coordinate with Human Resources to establish and fill positions within the division.

Minimum Education And Experience

High school diploma or equivalency and three years of progressively responsible administrative/office management experience; or Associate’s degree in secretarial science, business administration, or a related discipline and one year of progressively responsible administrative/office management experience; or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration or a related discipline; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
