$85,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Tiger is working with a prestigious private equity firm that believes in an entrepreneurial atmosphere driven by intellectual curiosity. They are looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to work with a team of two others and you will support their CEO.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to the CEO, family members, and executive assistants.
- Manage personal calendars and schedules for family members.
- Oversee and respond to correspondence, including email management.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, transportation, accommodations).
- Liaise with office staff and external vendors as needed.
- Maintain and organize client databases, files, and contact lists.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
- Run errands and complete personal tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Previous experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar support role (finance or investment background a plus).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; polished and professional demeanor.
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.).
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.
