Personal Assistant
Work side-by-side with the Executive in a Supportive, Family-Owned Office

Location: San Antonio

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Owner for daily calendar management of personal and business matters
• Run errands and manage multiple tasks for the Executive’s Home and Ranch properties
• Assist in managing finances, including expense reports and basic accounting
• Ensure smooth communication within the business to facilitate a productive workday

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant
• Experience in a family business environment or supporting an owner
• Warm, driven, and proactive mindset
• Highly organized, intuitive, and flexible
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, etc.
