This is a rare opportunity to work directly with our Chief of Staff, CEO, and senior leadership team—supporting complex initiatives, managing high-priority workflows, and representing the executive office with professionalism, precision, and discretion.
What You’ll Do
You will be the right hand to our most senior leaders—managing critical tasks, optimizing time and communication, and enabling the executive team to focus on strategic execution.
Executive Support
- Provide daily support to the Chief of Staff and CEO, including calendar management, meeting prep, and action item follow-ups.
- Anticipate needs and resolve scheduling conflicts across fast-moving executive workflows.
- Draft, edit, and manage high-level communications, reports, board materials, and presentations.
Operational Excellence
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling confidential information with tact and judgment.
- Own executive meeting logistics—from preparing agendas and briefing materials to capturing meeting notes and ensuring follow-through.
- Coordinate strategic offsites, investor meetings, cross-functional reviews, and team-building events.
- Act as a cultural ambassador—guiding office tours, onboarding executive visitors, and enhancing workplace experience.
- Manage company records, expense reports, and project tracking with a sharp eye for detail.
- Support People Ops, Finance, and Legal with document workflows and ad hoc initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in executive or C-suite support roles, ideally in a high-growth or SaaS company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace, and calendar tools.
- Experience with project management platforms (Asana, Miro, Notion) is a strong plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, professional presence, and proactive problem-solving ability.
- High integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
