A distinguished couple in Danville is seeking a high-level Executive Personal Assistant to provide seamless, proactive support in both personal and business matters. This role is best suited for a professional who thrives in anticipating needs, excels under pressure, and delivers with grace, precision, and absolute discretion.

The position requires equal parts organizational excellence and hands-on problem solving. The successful candidate will be 70% focused on personal support and 30% on business matters, serving as the trusted right hand to ensure the smooth operation of household, travel, and professional commitments.

Base pay range

$70.00/hr - $75.00/hr

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Compensation Range: $70-$75 per hour, DOE

Responsibilities

  • Administrative & Organizational Support: Create and maintain digital filing systems, manage records, track expenses, and handle insurance claims with accuracy.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Manage complex calendars for both principals, arrange meetings, oversee travel logistics, and coordinate detailed itineraries.
  • Personal Errands & Lifestyle Management: Source and pick up gifts, make reservations, and proactively manage personal tasks.
  • Vendor & Household Management: Screen and build relationships with vendors, coordinate home projects, and ensure seamless vendor oversight for the Los Angeles residence.
  • Tech Support: Provide light troubleshooting and support for both Mac and PC systems, along with mobile devices.
  • Travel Planning: Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel, ensuring smooth transitions and well-prepared itineraries.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant in a private home or high-level professional setting.
  • Tech-savvy with fluency in both Mac and PC systems.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with the ability to anticipate needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • Trustworthy, resourceful, and adaptable with a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Pet-Friendly Environment: Must be comfortable around a large dog (Great Dane, 150 lbs).
