What You’ll Do (AKA: Your Superpowers ️️ )
Assist the Executive Director in managing all aspects of facility operations, ensuring quality care and compliance
Serve as acting Executive Director in their absence
Conduct daily rounds and support resident, family, and staff satisfaction
Lead QA efforts in collaboration with department managers
Support leadership training, new hire onboarding, and mentorship programs
Oversee assigned departments and corporate program implementation
Coordinate and support education and training initiatives
Collaborate with HR and Finance on census goals, compliance, and budget planning
Monitor safety, compliance, and performance plans with the team
Represent the facility as part of the Leadership Team and community partnerships
What You Bring to the Table (Besides Leadership & Dedication )
Experience & Education:
- 3+ years in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Senior Housing
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- High School diploma required
Skills & Strengths:
- Strong leadership and project planning experience
- Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations
- Financial acumen to support operational goals
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and lead by example
- Team development and mentorship abilities
- Computer proficiency and time management skills
