Building Maintenance Technician – $26/hr

Location: Brentwood, MO

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Job Type: Temporary (6 months), with potential for temp-to-hire

Key Responsibilities

• Previous experience with building maintenance in production and factories a big plus.
• Assist with building renovations, repairs, and maintenance tasks
• Address leaks and perform general facility upkeep
• Lift, move, and organize materials (up to 50-75 lbs)
• Support warehouse operations, including cleaning and organizing
• Take on various tasks to keep the facility running smoothly
• Drive materials to other site locations as needed
• Use hand and power tools to perform repairs and maintenance
  
  

Requirements

• Mechanically inclined and comfortable with hand and power tools
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
• Able to lift 50-75 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, bending, pushing) for 8-hour shifts
• Reliable transportation and must live within 15 miles of Brentwood, MO
• HVAC experience is a plus
• Flexible, positive, “go with the flow” attitude
• Excellent attendance, punctuality, and a strong commitment to safety
