Overview

I’m working with a leading food manufacturer in Chicago Heights, IL that’s looking to hire a Maintenance Supervisor ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead a skilled maintenance team
• Drive safety & efficiency improvements
• Build your career with a stable, growing company

Qualifications

• Maintenance/mechanical/electrical experience (food industry a big plus)
• Knowledge of USDA/OSHA regs
• Strong leadership & communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish a plus)
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in cold/refrigerated environments
• Flexible availability (weekends/peaks as needed)
• High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred but not required)
