Job Title: Receptionist Day Shift; Urgently Hiring

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, DOE

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Eugene, Oregon

We are seeking a Receptionist for a Temp-Hire position with our client, a local manufacturing company that makes scanning equipment for grocery stores. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a long-standing business and further your career in office management.

Responsibilities

• Answering multi-line phone systems, transferring calls, and documenting information in a computer system
• Verifying incoming employees and guests and issuing badges
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail
• Supporting the executive assistant
• General reception duties

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, etc)
• High achiever interested in learning and growing
• Prior front desk receptionist experience is preferred
• Ambassador of first impressions for high clientele that enter place of business
• Professional appearance
