We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. What You’ll Do
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery and mechanical systems
- Maintain and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and conveyor systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance and maintain accurate logs to minimize downtime
- Identify worn parts, recommend replacements, and ensure timely repairs
- Use diagnostic tools, schematics, and manuals to support problem-solving
- Assist in equipment installations, rebuilds, and modifications
- Collaborate with production and safety teams to meet performance and compliance goals
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards
- 3+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
- Solid understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding, and fabrication a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work overtime or off-shifts as needed to support production
- High school diploma or GED required; trade or technical certifications preferred
