Were a team of former investors from Accel, backed by some of the worlds leading technology investors including Reef Pass, Prosus Ventures, Accel and the founders of Mainsail and TCV. Weve raised >$50M and are closing our fourth acquisition less than nine months after our seed round.

Role Overview:

Were looking for our first Hiring Manager to design and run recruiting across Recur and our portfolio. This role is about more than filling jobs - its about building a repeatable talent engine that helps scale multiple SaaS companies at once. Youll partner with founders and CEOs to bring in exceptional people, set up processes that last, and shape our reputation in niche software markets.

What Youll Do
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Recur HQ and portfolio company roles across sales, product, engineering, and ops
  • Build scalable, structured hiring processes from scratch - and continuously refine them
  • Run sourcing campaigns and keep pipelines full with top talent from multiple channels
  • Shape job descriptions, interview plans, and candidate evaluations with hiring managers
  • Manage candidate experience end-to-end and ensure every touchpoint reflects our brand
  • Track recruiting metrics and turn data into sharper decision-making
  • Build our talent brand in overlooked but high-potential SaaS verticals
What Were Looking For
  • 3-6 years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience (in-house or agency)
  • Strong sourcing skills and comfort engaging directly with candidates
  • Excellent stakeholder management - you can push and influence where needed
  • Highly organized, able to juggle multiple searches and priorities at once
  • Passion for spotting talent and helping teams grow
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: excited to build from zero and iterate fast
