Occupational Therapist – The Dalles, OR | Monday–Friday Day Shifts
Talented Medical Solutions is actively seeking a committed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide high-quality care in a collaborative rehab setting in The Dalles, Oregon. This is a fantastic opportunity for clinicians who value structured schedules, productivity, and a supportive clinical environment.
Position Overview:
Location: The Dalles, OR
Shift: Day shift
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Start Date: ASAP
Setting: Skilled Nursing / Rehab Facility
Productivity Requirement: 90%
Duration: 13-week assignment (with possible extension)
EMR System: Experience preferred but not required
Qualifications:
Valid Oregon Occupational Therapist license
Prior experience in SNF or geriatric rehab preferred
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to work both independently and within a team-based care model
