Occupational Therapist – The Dalles, OR | Monday–Friday Day Shifts

Talented Medical Solutions is actively seeking a committed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide high-quality care in a collaborative rehab setting in The Dalles, Oregon. This is a fantastic opportunity for clinicians who value structured schedules, productivity, and a supportive clinical environment.

Position Overview

• Location: The Dalles, OR


• Shift: Day shift


• Schedule: Monday through Friday


• Start Date: ASAP


• Setting: Skilled Nursing / Rehab Facility


• Productivity Requirement: 90%


• Duration: 13-week assignment (with possible extension)


• EMR System: Experience preferred but not required

Qualifications

• Valid Oregon Occupational Therapist license


• Prior experience in SNF or geriatric rehab preferred


• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills


• Ability to work both independently and within a team-based care model
