Position details

• Shift: Day shift
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Start Date: ASAP
• Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility
• Duration: 13-week assignment (with possible extension)
• EMR System: Familiarity with standard rehab EMR systems preferred

Qualifications

• Valid Virginia Physical Therapist license
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or geriatric setting preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-based care model
