We are hiring a Restaurant Supervisor!
Our dining and beverage outlets, as well as our banquet and catering events, showcase our hotel as a premier destination for receptions, meetings, reunions, and special occasions. We are looking for an experienced and energetic individual with a passion for hospitality to join our team as Food & Beverage Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant, strong communication skills, and a hands-on approach to leading a team. Micros experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of restaurant, lounge, banquets, and related areas.
• Supervise and train associates in food production, service standards, sanitation, and safety.
• Provide leadership, support, and coaching to associates to ensure high-quality service.
• Assist with scheduling, associate evaluations, and disciplinary action as needed.
• Participate in staff meetings, BEO (Banquet Event Order) meetings, food and beverage meetings, and inventory counts.
• Ensure all food and beverage service is high quality, consistent, and efficiently executed.
• Maintain open communication between management and associates.
• Step in and assist with food service and other hotel operations when needed.
