Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain project schedule and quality.
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities, including inspections, deliveries, and site logistics.
  • Enforce compliance with building codes, OSHA safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, owners, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
  • Maintain accurate daily logs, project documentation, and progress reports.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact the schedule or quality.
  • Lead and participate in site meetings, safety briefings, and project reviews.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent with a focus on restaurant construction.
  • Previous experience working with or for high-end interior general contractors is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and blueprint reading.
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades on fast-paced, deadline-driven projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with construction management software and digital project documentation.
  • OSHA 30 certification required; additional safety certifications a plus.
