Job Description

The Superintendent will:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from initial planning to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and other construction professionals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Manage construction schedules and project progress.
• Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
• Conduct regular site inspections.

• 5+ years experience as an Construction Superintendent in the commercial space
• Healthcare, Induastiral, Commercial, or Education project experience preferred
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Ground up experience
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
