At PolyAI, we’re helping over 2,000 restaurants (from single-site operators to global groups) turn their phone lines into high-converting, fully automated guest experiences. Our voice AI handles everything from reservations to FAQs with human-like fluency, freeing up staff and capturing missed revenue. Outside of hospitality, our technology powers voice experiences for some of the world’s largest enterprises, including FedEx and PG&E.
Now, we’re doubling down on restaurants, and we’re looking for one of our first dedicated Account Executives to drive growth in the mid-market and SMB space. This is your chance to get in early, help shape the sales motion, and be a foundational part of a division that’s scaling fast.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the full sales cycle: from first touch to closed-won across both independent restaurants and growing groups
- Convert inbound interest into live deals (we generate steady leads through our marketing and partnerships)
- Build your own outbound pipeline via email, LinkedIn, and good old-fashioned cold calling
- Tailor demos and sales pitches to show how PolyAI fits the unique needs of each prospect
- Keep your deals moving fast in Salesforce with clear next steps and accurate forecasting
- Work directly with leadership to influence messaging, sales processes, and help shape what our future AE team looks like
- Have 2+ years of closing experience in a high-velocity SaaS environment
- Are comfortable with outbound: especially cold calls (we’re transforming the phone channel, so you should be fluent in it)
- Thrive in early-stage environments where you get to shape the role, not just fill it
- Are hardworking (seriously), coachable and motivated

We provide a competitive salary range for this role - which is $150,000 - $175,000 OTE depending on level and experience. Please note this range is intended as a guide, not a guarantee. Final compensation will be based on individual qualifications, relevant experience, and the scope of the role.
In addition to salary, this position includes equity in the business, giving you the opportunity to share in the company’s long-term success.
