Our client, a well-established leader in the manufacturing and wholesale industry, is seeking a seasoned Accounting Manager to lead their finance team and drive accurate, strategic financial management. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations: AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Manage cost accounting, inventory reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Identify process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis.
• Supervise and develop accounting staff.
• Partner with external auditors and tax advisors for audits and compliance.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong experience in manufacturing or wholesale accounting.
• Expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in ERP/accounting software and Excel.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
