$125,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of accounting professionals to achieve individual and departmental goals.
  • Analyze complex financial data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Prepare, review, and present financial statements and management reports for stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement financial strategies and support business initiatives.
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
  • Direct audit and tax preparation activities to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Develop, implement, and uphold accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership or management experience.
  • CPA designation preferred but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
