Overview
Responsibilities
- Manage General Ledger (GL) accounting, Accounts Payable, and Payroll functions.
- Conduct comprehensive accounting analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management.
- Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Supervise a team of three direct reports, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall financial goals.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounting experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Experience using SAP software preferred
- Strong Excel skills required
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Work Hours
Monday to Friday, with a first-shift schedule. This position is 100% in-office.
