Overview

As an Accounting Manager, you will oversee daily accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of accounting processes. This role is based in Scottsdale, AZ, and offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing organization's success. Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage the month end closing, including inventory, revenue, and COGS.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes.
• Manage and mentor the AP, AR, and Accounting team.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Support external audits and implement recommendations as needed.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions effectively.
• On-site role based in Scottsdale, AZ.

Profile / Qualifications

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Experience in managing accounting teams and processes.
• Experience with job costing, revenue recognition, inventory, and WIP.
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, design-build, or engineering sectors.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• On-site role based in Scottsdale, AZ.
