Overview

Responsibilities
- Invoice Processing & Billing: Prepare and process customer invoices for equipment, service contracts, and supplies.
- Accounts Receivable: Record incoming payments, monitor aging reports, and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Accounts Payable: Review vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and reconcile purchase orders.
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile daily bank transactions and company credit card statements.
- Inventory & Contract Support: Assist in tracking inventory costs and service contract billing cycles.
- Financial Reporting: Support month-end and year-end closing activities and generate management reports.
- Administrative & Compliance: Maintain organized financial files and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.
