Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

• Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable – Review invoices, match purchase orders, obtain approvals, and process payments.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable – Prepare invoices, record payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Reconcile vendor statements and promptly resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate, well-organized financial records.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors/customers to ensure efficient financial operations.
• Recommend and support process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accounts payable and receivable (midsize company experience preferred).
• Degree in Accounting or related field highly preffered
• Experience with Accounting Seed, Salesforce, or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
