ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: Accounting Manager

• Salary: $95,000 - $120,000
• The previous Accounting Manager was promoted within 18 months
• The company has been in business for over 50 years
• The organization is growing 20% YOY, and will continue this aggressive growth path
• Autonomous and VERY diverse role
• Impact the business and report directly to the President
• Smaller division within a larger organization
• This role is open due to an internal promotion
• Work across departments with sales, operations, productions, shipping/receiving, etc.
  
  

• Manage the financial reporting and day to day accounting functions
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
• Inventory cycle counts and variance analysis
• Financial statement preparation
• Budget vs. actual analysis
• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  
  

• Strong MS Excel
• BS, Accounting or related
