Boston-based property management organization seeks an Accounting Supervisor. This is a hybrid work schedule (2 days in office) and reports to the Head of Finance.

SALARY $95,000 - $115,000

$95,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

Primary Responsibilities of the Accounting Supervisor

• Oversee a portfolio of properties and review the work of Property and AP/AR Accountants.
• Review monthly financial statements.
• Interface with tenants regarding billing and other accounting inquiries.
• Coordinate the onboarding and sale of properties.
• Special projects assigned by the Head of Finance.

Qualifications of the Accounting Supervisor

• BS in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate/property accounting
• Strong systems acumen. Preference given to candidates with MRI and/or Yardi expertise
• Demonstrated supervisory ability
