Base pay range

$115,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Location: Broomfield, CO (100% Onsite)

Salary: $115k - $130K + Bonus

We’re looking for a hands-on Accounting Manager who is energized by both the detail and strategy of financial operations. What You’ll Do As The Accounting Manager

• Lead and review monthly close, consolidations, and general ledger accounting within a complex organizational structure
• Partner with operational teams across regions (including internationally) to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls
• Oversee reconciliations and ensure proper recording of monthly journal entries
• Support treasury operations including cash flow management, borrowings, and credit programs
• Mentor and manage two accounting team members, fostering growth and accountability
• Collaborate with executive leadership on financial analysis and assist with FP&A initiatives to support strategic decision-making
  
  

Ideal Qualifications For The Accounting Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 10+ years of experience in accounting/finance, ideally with experience in engineering, construction, or other project-based industries
• Previous experience as an Assistant Controller or high-level Accounting Manager in a company with $200M+ in annual revenue
• Proven leadership ability – you've managed teams of 4 or more for 4+ years
• Strong technical expertise across AP, GL, revenue recognition, treasury, tax compliance, and monthly close processes
• Bonus if you have experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
