Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

About The Company And Opportunity

Overview of the Accounting Supervisor role and its impact within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements
• Support audits (internal and external) by providing documentation and resolving inquiries
• Monitor internal controls, identify process improvements, and implement best practices
• Collaborate with management to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
