• Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records
• Oversee month‑end and year‑end close processes
• Prepare and review financial reports for management
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and applicable regulations
• Provide guidance, training, and support to accounting staff
• Partner with leadership to improve processes and efficiencies
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of accounting experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
