We’re excited to be partnering with a well-established company in the Skippack, PA area that is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join their team.

This full-time, on-site position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 – $110,000/year, depending on experience, along with excellent benefits, PTO, and a strong commitment to work/life balance.

About the Role

The Accounting Manager will play a key leadership role, overseeing the company’s financial records and accounting personnel. This position ensures accuracy and integrity across financial procedures and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with all applicable government regulations
• Serve as the primary liaison for external audits
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports
• Analyze financial transactions to support business decision-making
• Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain accurate internal books
• Mentor and guide accounting staff, promoting professional development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or 5–7 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP;
• Experience working in the construction or similar industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
