An Accounting Specialist position is available with Crye-Leike Commercial Property Management in the Brentwood, TN Office. Responsibilities include lease management and accounting, reconciling and posting to general ledger, financial reporting, and other duties assigned for both Commercial and Residential Property Management.

An Accounting Specialist position is available with Crye-Leike Commercial Property Management in the Brentwood, TN Office. Responsibilities include lease management and accounting, reconciling and posting to general ledger, financial reporting, and other duties assigned for both Commercial and Residential Property Management.
Job Description
- Auditing of accounts payable, accounts receivable
- Reconciling balance sheet accounts
- Month-end close
- Bank reconciliation
- Accounts receivable, Accounts Payable
- 1099s
- Posting journal entries to general ledger
- Commercial Property annual CAM Reconciliations
- Perform other relate duties as required and assigned
- Property Management accounting/bookkeeping experience required
- Working knowledge of Commercial property management
- Experience in online banking
- Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner
- Detail oriented, team player, organized and capable of learning new material quickly
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Strong work ethics and initiative
- Minimum of 5 years accounting experience
- Accounting Degree a plus
- Property Management software experience a plus (ex: Appfolio, Yardi, Buildium)

We offer management for residential and commercial properties, as well as homeowner's association management services. Property Management services are available throughout Middle Tennessee, including areas such as Brentwood, Franklin, Spring Hill, Murfreesboro, and Clarksville.
