Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Accounting Manager located in Plantation, FL, with some work from home allowed. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial statements, managing journal entries, and ensuring accurate maintenance of fixed assets. The role requires performing analytical reviews, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting overall financial management and reporting activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and managing Journal Entries
• Strong Analytical Skills and knowledge of Finance
• Experience with Fixed Assets management
• Experience with cashflow management
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in vendor management or the community association management industry is a plus
