Director of Finance and Accounting Search at StevenDouglas

Stable and growing organization in Miami is seeking an Accounting Manager to join the corporate accounting team in Miami. Report to an excellent CFO with a great company culture. We are looking for someone interested in creating/implementing processes and procedures as well as serving as a mentor to the team. This is a very well-rounded role including overseeing monthly/quarterly/annual close processes financial reporting, GL accounting, AP, AR, cash, and supporting external audits.

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance REQUIRED
• Master’s Degree in Accounting preferred
• CPA or Active CPA candidate preferred
• 6-12 years of progressive corporate accounting experience
• Must have experience doing full-cycle accounting, managing monthly/quarterly/annual close processes, financial statement preparation, and financial reporting within a mid to large sized company
• Supervisory Experience required
