Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including entering and organizing AP invoices
• Handle full-cycle accounts receivable, entering and reconciling cash payments and reconciling petty cash accounts
• Perform general ledger work, including accruals, pre-paids, and fixed assets
• Understand debits and credits, handling credit card transactions, employee reimbursements, intercompany billbacks, and journal entries
• Manage all banking reconciliations as well as balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare financial reporting including trial balances and GL details

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Demonstrate knowledge of accounting principles
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple projects
