Pay Range: $105,000 - $115,000 per year

Job Overview

Restoration Solutions is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee all primary financial functions of our growing restoration business. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, producing accurate reports, and maintaining financial integrity across the organization. As part of our leadership team, you'll ensure compliance, support operational efficiency, and provide strategic financial insight that helps guide company growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain billing and client management systems.
  • Generate invoices and account statements promptly and accurately.
  • Perform account reconciliations and maintain A/R and A/P records.
  • Produce monthly financial and management reports.
  • Conduct collections activities, including calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Investigate and resolve account irregularities.
  • Manage office expenditures and departmental budgets.
  • Issue payments to suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Assist with HR-related functions as needed.
  • Support payroll processing, including timecard management and reporting.
  • Monitor field documentation and client files for compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to company financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Required:
    • Associate's degree in Accounting or higher.
    • 2+ years' experience in A/P and A/R roles.
    • Proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite.
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Preferred:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Management.
    • Accounting certifications and/or professional training.
    • Experience in construction or restoration industry finance.

Schedule

  • Full-Time, Monday to Friday.
