Accounting Manager Responsibilities: Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including AP/AR, GL, payroll, and reconciliations Maintain compliance with GAAP and relevant regulatory requirements Develop and enhance internal financial reporting and controls Partner with FP&A, legal, and senior leadership on strategic initiatives Mentor and grow a high-performing accounting team Manage audit preparation, tax filings, and external financial reporting Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives Accounting Manager Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred) 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in management Experience in fintech, SaaS, or high-growth industries strongly preferred Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, or similar) Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Accounting Manager Benefits: Competitive base salary + annual bonus Downtown office with hybrid flexibility Collaborative, fast-paced, and energetic team environment Interested in advancing your career with one of the most exciting fintech companies in the market?
