Murdock Auto Team is hiring: Accounting Specialist in Woods Cross

We are looking at expanding our accounting team! As a dealership accounting specialist, you will be responsible for managing our dealership's financial systems and processes. The ideal candidate would have general knowledge in accounting and experience working with a dealership management system.
Pay Range $20-$25 Per Hour
Responsibilities:

• Assist with general accounting duties as needed
• Processing car deal-related transactions
• Reconciling accounts and schedules
• Verifying the accuracy of documents
• Preparing and mailing checks if needed
• Provide backup to other staff when necessary and assigned by the direct supervisor
• Scan dealership documentation into electronic record-keeping system
• Other accounting duties assigned

Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year accounting experience

• Previous experience in a automotive dealership preferred.
• High organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
