Overview Accounting Clerk — Onsite in Del Mar, CA | Contract A strategic advisory group in Del Mar is seeking an Accounting Clerk to provide short-term support. This role is ideal for a junior accountant with 2–3 years of experience in AP/AR who is detail-oriented and comfortable handling high-value transactions. The position is fully onsite, Monday through Friday, and requires someone available to start immediately. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day AP/AR processes Download and organize reports from accounting systems Support client accounting processes (no month-end close or financial statement prep required) Work closely with the Controller, Accounting Manager, and AP team to ensure smooth operations Qualifications 2–3 years of accounting experience (AP/AR focus) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in QuickBooks; Yardi experience is a plus Comfortable with handling high-value transactions Reliable and adaptable, with a positive attitude toward team collaboration Compensation & Details $25–30/hr, depending on experience Fully onsite in Del Mar, CA (near the racetrack) Immediate start preferred What To Do Now Please send your resume to Megan at mjoyce@provenrecruiting.com if you’d like to learn more about this position!
