Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting operations for one or more manufacturing plants, ensuring accurate financial reporting, P&L ownership, and balance sheet integrity.
• Supervise month-end and annual closing activities, conduct variance analysis, manage budgeting, and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Ensure precise inventory and fixed asset management, support audits, and facilitate intercompany transactions.
• Lead accounting staff, provide training, and collaborate with plant management to drive cost savings and process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 3+ years of public accounting experience or 5+ years of industry experience required.
• Cost accounting experience is a plus.
• CPA, CMA, or Master's degree preferred.
