Our client, a premiere international law firm, is seeking aLegal Secretaryto support one of their managing partners. The position ishybridand based 4 out of 5 days per week at their office inManhattan.Job Responsibilities

  • Calendar management including scheduling meetings, appointments, and calls with internal and external stakeholders
  • Read and prioritize incoming emails
  • Arrange domestic and international travel (booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries)
  • Track and submit expense reports using Chrome River and ensuring compliance with firm policies
  • Screen phone calls and answer or prioritize accordingly
  • Assist with special projects, including but not limited to data analysis, research, presentation development, and follow-up on other tasks
  • Input attorney time entries using InTapp
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficient in Outlook, Work, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Understand the importance of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment
  • Flexibility for overtime
  • Maintain professional demeanor and have a positive attitude
