Overview
Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a prestigious Century City law firm seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary to provide high-level administrative and legal support to attorneys and paralegals. This role requires a meticulous and dedicated professional who is eager to contribute to a dynamic legal team.
Base pay range
$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
- Manage attorney calendars, schedule depositions, hearings, and travel.
- Draft, proof, and e-file legal documents, including discovery, motions, complaints, and appeals.
- Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, and case binders; track deadlines and docket reminders.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Handle billing, time entry, and expense reports.
- Maintain case files, correspondence, and document management systems.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of prior legal secretarial experience in litigation.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court rules/procedures, and e-filing.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook; Excel, PowerPoint, and iManage are a plus.
- Typing speed of 70+ wpm with excellent grammar, formatting, and proofreading skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities.
Required Work Hours
Monday to Friday, first shift.

Salary details
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 DOE + benefits
