Job Opportunity: Legal Secretary - Litigation Division
The Department of Justice, Office of Attorney General Liz Murrill, is seeking applications for a Legal Secretary in the Litigation Division. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Valid driver's license
- Tact and good judgment
- High ethics and integrity
Preferred Qualifications
- Effective command of English (spoken and written)
- Excellent time management and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency with email, calendar, word processing, databases, and ability to learn new software
Job Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing legal documents
- Proofread and edit correspondence and reports

- Prepare materials for meetings, hearings, or trials
- Input billing and administrative data
- Serve as time administrator for the section
- Perform other duties as assigned
